The Mouse Wedding

This week Lamby and I have chosen a traditional story from Japan.  There are several stories that have a similar idea but I liked this one the best.  Have you got a nice comfy cushion and a blanket?  Then sit back and relax....

The Story of Kintu

Tomorrow (9th October) is Uganda's Independence Day so this week's story is a traditional tale from Uganda.
There were lots to choose from but eventually I selected this one. I hope you enjoy it...

The Three Billy Goats Gruff

Welcome to this week's Little Lamb Tales story blog.  For the next few weeks we'll be sharing stories from around the world.  I always thought this week's story was Germany but research has shown me that it was actually Norwegian. So this week, we start in Norway with a children's classic.

Lamby and I hope you enjoy it.

Penguins Under the Pier

This week's blog is an exclusive! Back in July, I was walking through Princes Park in Southport with my partner. As we passed the old site of Southport Zoo I pointed it out to him. He turned and asked "Didn't there used to be penguins under the pier here?"
There have never been penguins under the pier in Southport but his question did start the germ of an idea for a story. And so here we are, two months later with a brand new story, and you get to see it first.
I hope you enjoy it...
